Day 14: 30 Days of microdosing Inner Peace

Today's Meditation is all about releasing beliefs that do not bring peace and aligning with a DIRECT KNOWING.

What our soul wants us to align with is peace. It is why it feels so good.

A belief is adopted from an outside force.

But a knowing, that's of God. A direct knowing is lightning medicine from your Higher Self.

There are so many attempts to talk you out of knowing.

If it brings peace it is of your higher self. If it brings turmoil

it is a belief of the ego you have adopted from anothers ego or from allowing your own ego to create from a past experience

that you have chosen to suffer in.

What's a belief that doesn't bring peace?
